An Act Establishing the Nantucket Community Housing Bank

The Nantucket Community Housing Bank will also be funded by a one percent transfer tax on real estate transactions above two million dollars, to be paid by the seller. The Nantucket Community Housing Bank would be made up of a board of five legal residents of Nantucket, who will be elected to a three year term in the same manner as other town
officials. |
